Adding short sprints to your workout keeps your heart rate up during the resistance portion of the workout. In this video a cycle of 20 Db squat presses + 12 Jump squats is interrupted by a short sprint. This makes the entire workout a cardio workout. Do this for 8 cycles non-stop (you wont be able to do it). The video only shows two exercises before the sprints (squat presses and jump squats) but you can do 3, 4 or 5 exercises before the sprints... but I would suggest no more than 3 exercises so that your heart rate doesnt drop too much before your next sprint.
