We are trying to let Australian and American troops who are in Rockhampton for the Talisman Saber military training exercise to hear the speech that US Veteran Vince Emanuele made to the troops outside the Rockhampton Barracks this week. Vince is from Iraq veterans against the war in the US his speech is very powerful. we at the peace convergence would like the troops at talisman saber to hear what he has to say.
