Adelines trial off Ecmo today lasted 5 hours. Although we were hoping she could come off today, that is double the time she lasted yesterday. Also, her heart echo this morning showed improvement in her right ventricle (where she had the most damage). We are SO thankful for that. But these last 5 days have taught me patience like I have never experienced. Its been so difficult. I have to remind myself how far we have come and the improvements she has shown. Please continue to pray for her, that her heart will be completely healed and continue to grow stronger with each beat. Pray for no other complications or set backs and strength for us.
