Adjustment to single life still not complete, just about lost it tonight eating shrimp fra diavlo by myself and getting down to the tails and remembering my two JRTs Tony and Sophie waiting patiently (well, not too patiently!) For their tasty crunchy snacks. Karen was a great cook, and I mean great, she could have been a chef. I ate well, and while losing some weight may be good overall, it certainly wasnt a labor of love losing it, but a casualty of the loss of a marriage. Big sigh.
