Administration Clerk: Finance (Supply Chain Management) Cape Town, Western Cape PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT: WESTERN CAPE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH Post: Administration Clerk: Finance Institution: Directorate: Supply Chain Management (Head Office, Cape Town) Remuneration: R 123 738 per annum Service benefits: 13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. Experience : Appropriate experience that focusses on the KRA areas. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Proven knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word. Knowledge of and/or experience on Logis. General administrative experience. Good numerical skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Duties (key result areas/outputs): Administration of the Essential Supplies List and provision of weekly update iro ESL. Capture applicable contract items on LOGIS and update the ESL register. Provide a weekly ESL and ICN report to line manager. Ensure correct procedural compliance with regards to product complaints. Refer all applicable enquiries to correct Clinical Procurement Specialist. Ensure correct procedural compliance with regards to new product evaluations. Provide general administrative and secretariat support.
