Administrative Assistant (GCE O Level / 1-2 yrs exp) Responsibilities: Attend to all enquiries from walk-ins and phone calls at the reception counter Coordinate with respective departments to attend to students/parents/visitors/interviewees Keep records of outgoing and incoming courier documents Sort daily incoming mails to respectively departments Consolidate petty cash claims vouchers Co-ordinate name cards verification and printing Coordinate with the dispatch rider on the collection and delivery of documents Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management Requirements: Minimum in GCE A Level / Nitec / Diploma in any field At least 1 – 2 years in administrative duties experience.
