Administrative Assistant / Office Manager Position (Ontario) This is a great opportunity to work with a fast growing waste solutions company. Our company works with manufacturing and distribution companies to create, manage, and sustain zero landfill recycling programs. Duties and responsibilities: • Assistant to Corporate Vice President • Accounts Receivable - Customer invoicing and payment collection • Accounts Payable - Post vendor bills and cut payment checks • Vendor and Customer file maintenance • Excel data entry • Prepare recycling reports • Review recycling indexes • Assist in setting office procedures • Support to outside sales staff Job Requirements: • Minimum 1 year office administration experience • QuickBooks experience with basic bookkeeping knowledge • Proficient in Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint • Ability to work independently • High level of integrity and trustworthy • Excellent telephone and communication skills • Organizational skills and positive attitude a must This is presently a part-time position with the potential of full-time - Tuesday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility. Hourly wage based on experience.
