Administrative Manager needed for multinational company: Administrative Manager needed for multinational company: Job description: - Keeps central archiving system for all employees & standardize Central Archiving procedures to improve efficiency -Representing the company at the labor office and in the legal cases - Coordinates with the HR department to adjust errors in employee files and social insurance and employees requests (i.e. original documents, finalized SI form 6....) - Review the social insurance for employee’s movements, form 2 and assure compliance with the legal and government regulations - Responsible for registering the company at the social insurance office - Follows-up on the employees insurance status (from the date of hire form 1 till the date of resignation form 6) -Getting the best offers from the medical companies - Monitor the Calculation amounts of employee pay checks deductions for medical, submit to payroll and resolves discrepancies - Administer medical status changes and review claims - Investigates and resolves concerns regarding delivery and payments for services by contracting health care professional - Review reports from medical provider to verify accuracy and resolve differences - Analyze employee utilization of current medical system and develop specific recommendations -Responsible for the administration division included (office boys – operator - secretaries- booking) - cafeteria, housing, transportation and for any complaints from the employees regarding it. - Deal with the outsourcing companies to provide the company with some services such as (security services – Services and facilities companies, etc) - Responsible for the administrative investigations in the site -Responsible for the drivers and their schedule, route, maintenance and the cost of it and gas expenses - Preparing the administrative instructions and administrative assessments due reporting of company management for the employees as well as the preparing of the required data -Act as a communication channel between the management/staff as well as between sections to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company -Supervise and control the subordinates in performing the administrative services provided to the employees (stationary supply, flight bookings , transport service, health insurance, etc..) as well secure the safety procedures in the company to assure the optimal fulfillment of the employee`s & employer`s requirements - Plan a semi-annual manpower forecast in coordination with the project managers/department manager to satisfy the projects requirements of workforce - Administrate Compensation & Benefits regulations to ensure compliance to the policy and employment contract Qualifications: -Experience from 7 to 10 years -Graduated from faculty of law or any equivalent -Have experience in resorts– tourism – real estate companies. -Have experience in Insurance and labor law - Very good in English & Computer skills - Age: not more than 48 years old - Males only - Location:Marsa Alam. -Working days 22 day +8 off Send your C.V at ‘career@portghalib’please write in the subject ’AD-L’otherwise it will be ignored 1 day ago
