Administrative Receptionist: The primary responsibilities of the role is coverage of the front desk and phone systems, greeting visitors/guests and administratively supporting the human resources function and other administrative support as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Provides office support services including answering and routing incoming office phone calls •Provides excellent customer service skills by greeting and assisting employees and visitors/guests to ensure a great site experience •Maintains a safe and clean reception area and front entry/lobby area •Monitors office entry for visitors, maintains the visitor logbook and issues visitor badges •Schedules meeting rooms, coordinates on-site events and conferences as needed •Maintains office supplies, phone lists, organization charts and other site databases as needed •Serves as support for human resources (talent acquisition, administrative support, employee engagement activities, etc.) •May assist other functions as needed for data entry, ordering, coding, reviewing invoices, etc. •Responds to internal & external inquiries in a professional and helpful manner; referring as needed to appropriate parties Customer’s served/working relationships This position works closely with internal employees and external visitors/guest via phone or on-site.
