Adventures in Cooking - David chopped the celery for the stuffing. When he was done he had a small bag with the celery leaves (the tenderest parts) to throw away. I asked him what was in the bag & he told me they were the tails ! ! ! I didnt know celery had tails ! ! (I saved the celerys tails) Havent laughed like that since Mike Larson couldnt remember the name javelina & called our local rodents jalapeno pigs. HA HA
