Advice for some random period of time 217: populate your everyday environment with things that are positive rather than negative. Facebook conducted a study without anybody knowing looking at the effect of negative or positive words/phrases in their newsfeed on people’s subsequent posts. Turns out the negative words were more likely to generate more negative responses with corresponding effects for positive words.
