Advice needed. There is someone living on 5th street in front of Casa Serena in his trailer. This is the second time he has blessed our neighborhood with his presence and he has been here for 4 days, the last time he was here almost 2 weeks, left for one and now he is back. Generator running all night, strange people coming and going in vehicles late at night, downright suspicious and illegal as all get out. I am concerned because in the past the city has given a lot of trailer owners grief over their trailers in front of their homes on our block. I own the only one that has not been bothered as of yet. I keep it clean and move it every few days, it is registered and so is the tow vehicle. How can I get rid of this guy without calling the police myself?
