Advice please. Repost. Hi,we just got back from the pediatrician ans he diagnosed my son with environmental allergies.we just moved in July to southwest Virginia from Alaska.I guess this is the worst place in the country for pollen.he has been congested and coughing for 3 wks,,I thought he had a cold at first so was treating with humidifier and hanging out in steamy shower.to no avail.anyway he prescribed pseudoephedrine,zyrtec,and flonase.I forgot to mention he is 3 yrs old.is there any natural path I can take? Id really like to avoid steroids.thank you!
