Advice to those who are looking for work. 1) dont be afraid of an entry-level position. 2) dont complain about minimum-wage. Demonstrate that youre worth more than the minimum. 3) dont waste your money on going out to movies and restaurants. 4) consider a second job as well. 5) dont post all your social activities on Facebook. 6) let your contacts know you are looking for work. 7) get a LinkedIn account and know how to use it. Recommend as many people as you legitimately can. They will return the favor. 8) volunteer your time for agencies that will allow you to demonstrate your skill set. 9) use any free time to develop a second skill set, or even a third. 10) if all else fails, move to North Dakota. 11) if you are an entrepreneur none of this is relevant, because you have already figured out how to create a great product or service for someone else.
