Advisory 9: Here is the conduct of the race on race day please share with your friends who are also participants: 1. All runners must report at the Reception on race day even if you have already your bib for recording of final runners making the run. 2. You race bib must visible at all times by all officials and marshals that means you must wear it in front of you. If you are not wearing race bib, marshals and officials may stop you and may take you out of the race. If you cross the finish line without race bib, its automatic disqualification. 3. The runner wearing the race bib must be the same runner registered with the bib number. 4. As runners get into the starting pen, you will be given a string to wear in your wrist to ensure all runners start at the starting line. There are reports of some runners in the past not showing up in the starting line but would be seen in the trail route and finish line. 5. At U-turn please make sure to get your color coded wrist string if you dont wear one at the finish you will automatically be placed at the last in the ranking. 6. As you cross the finish line you must proceed at the timers table to surrender bib tag and the wrist string. Failure to do so may affect your standing in the ranking. In case you are not strong enough and need medics, your bib tag and wrist string will be taken by race assistant. 7. Please run fair and square. Running bandits take away what is exclusive only for the registered runners. 8. Non registered runners are not allowed to pace the registered participants during the race.
