Afghan Sikh Plight. As soon as I found out about the tragedy of the Sikhs found in the container I made it clear that this was not a PR exercise for KA. My wife Bal K Sandhu got in touch with many individuals in the UK to see how KA can help. She was on the phone immediately ! But we agreed KA will not turn up waving our logos etc , this is a tragedy very close to home so trying to score PR points would be insensitive. We want to thank Bhai Mankamal Singh, Harjap Bhangal, Babban Singh, ਪ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, the Sikh Council and many more for giving great advice/assistance to Bal and taking the lead in the matter. KA offered all support if needed and we remain committed in doing so now.
