Afghanistan according to United Nation is the most corrupt country on earth. A big thanks to the Western occupation. In this video an Imaam (Priest) of the Afghanistan Presidential Palace Mosque asking the former Afghan President Hamid Karzai that he be given the rank of a Military General. Thousands of Machine made Generals who have never been to a Military School and most of them have only Primary School Education are military Generals in the Afghan Government. Afghanistan Centre for Human Rights and Democracy strongly asks the curtent Afghan President Ashraf Ghani to strip all these fake and machine made Generals and other military officers of their ranks and introduce all those who have got military qualification. If this trend goes on we will never have a stable Afghanistan. To prove my point, in the last two weeks there was more then ten suicide attacks in the Capital Kabul alone and it is all due to the lack of qualified military and security officers in the government.
