After 2 days of frustration I finally have the PC back up and running correctly. Had to do fresh install of Windows and I still dont know what the problem was. I think it was some random shell extension BS but every fix short of a total wipe failed. Thankfully I got to keep my programs and settings, now Im just running a counterfeit version of windows until my official repair disk shows up in the mail with a new Activation Key. Ahh technology. At least I didnt have to pay Apple to fix it for me!
