After 3 months of waiting for Orange (EE) to unlock my iPhone to use here in Qatar, countless hours on the phone to socially inept customer service agents in New Delhi and numerous requests to unlock my phone. Yesterday I reseached and found 2 directors and the CEO of EEs email addresses and wrote a long winded email ensuring they were all CCd in to make them all aware of the repercussions of using low overhead business models like the shabby set up they have in India will reduce the company down to a tin shed outfit if it continues. Within 12 hours of sending that email I received an email and a follow-up phone call with an outcome of my complaint. > My iPhone was unlocked immediately. > For 125 days of inconvenience he has asked for my address to send me a new iPhone 5S (Unlocked). > 2 Free tickets to a high profile EE sponsored Premier event in London with hotel and driver in August. Conclusion: Dont take any waffle off anyone and find a way straight to the top, otherwise you will never get anywhere in life. That goes for any of your careers as well.
