After Axle Cleans did a couple of Compound Sets of Axle Curls: Reverse followed by Regular. Since the Bicep tendon is wrapped around the radius bone when using an overhand grip, it can really help much when doing a Reverse Curl. This makes the muscle underneath the Biceps, the Brachialis do most of the bending work at the elbow with the Brachioradialis helping. Following the Reverse Curl with Regular Curls allows you to tire out the Brachialis further by now having the Biceps chipping in. Aint Anatomy FUN?! Set 1) 4 Rev. Curls-->4 Reg. Curls Set 2) 3 Rev. Curls-->4 Reg. Curls You can make fun of me for only using 100lb but for me that was a bugger!!
