After a bike ride earlier this morning, Me and Virginia got a chance to talk to some Jehovahs Witnesses for a while. Despite our differences, I admire them because theyre out sharing their beliefs. ALL OF THEM. Not just the Pastor. For many Christians including me for a long time it seems like a 2 hour service on Sunday morning is pretty much what the Christian life is all about. They tailor there jobs around there evangelism duties. Most of us professing Christians try to fit in church related activities and etc. around our careers, family, personal hobbies and so on. Many dont see church service as training to prepare to go do ministry but rather as a place to go have a good time or to come out feeling better about our vast life situations. Most Christians go there ENTIRE LIVES AND NEVER SHARE THE GOSPEL ONE TIME, but claim Jesus is the #1 person in their lives. How can you love a person SO MUCH and never mention him to people who you know arent Christians? We would never be like that about a spouse, relationship, children, hobby or etc. You dont have to ever worry about me following the teachings of JWs lol, but Im not about to let them outdo me sharing Jesus with the people He brings along the path throughout my life.
