After a devastating day yesterday with massive clutch problems I managed to get a great result for this weekends racing. I managed to put the bike on pole position for my class and chalked up 2nd place for all four races. I finished second to Hudson Pitt. His 600 was in a bad way so someone lent him a Ducati race bike which Hudson soon blitzed the field. Coming second to Hudson well I can only say I am so happy. Considering yesterday I was ready to pull out of the week end, now I am leading the championship by a considerable margin. Aside from some very bad starts due to an excessively hard lever (clutch) due to my dodged up clutch (what ever it takes to get you on the line) I am so pleased to have been able to achieve what I did. A special thanks to my daughter Elise who stuck by me through out the entire lows and highs. A special thank you to my very good friend Fernando Vantagiatto who came and paid me a visit on the track, always great to see you my friend and great motivation you gave me.
