After a few days at sea, I realize that it is the perfect metaphor for marriage... sometimes the waters around you are choppy and sometimes smooth. Having someone by your side to hold onto during the rough spots, and to bask with you in the sunshine is what its all about. Thank you, Michael Rosenburg for this amazing first year -- for being the calm before, during and after every storm, and for keeping the sun shining in our lives. May I always make you as happy as did the soft serve station on Deck 11. I love you.
