After a full day of messages, emails and phone calls about my less than satisfactory experience at Haze Nightclub last night, I must say that I am impressed with the individuals representing Haze, Light Group, and Aria who have reached out to apologize and accept responsibility for the incident. The fact that management and corporate have taken the time to try to right one instance of poor customer service really says something positive about the employees of the companies and venues. It is very rare that I state my disappointment in specific venues on social media. Hopefully for the future, this sets an example in the nightlife industry to pay closer attention to providing good customer service on a regular basis. Special thank you to l for turning me into an action figure. That is still the highlight of my nightlife career, and I am thankful for the support and outreach I have received in relation to this event.
