One of the best improvements we have made is breading our own catfish filets. Besides the time I bought the cajun spice breading and didnt realize it...our customers LOVE our catfish. So, just in time for lent we are now breading our own cod filets. Either can be enjoyed as a sandwich or a dinner. For a burger joint we have a large selection of fish for lent. Fried shrimp, seafood pasta, grilled salmon, homemade tuna salad, cod and catfish. Im sure we will come up with a few specials for you to enjoy as well. Hope to see you soon!
