After a full day of out and about for medical appointments...I came home....fixing a hot bath....yup....lavender scented and Epsom salt.... stepped in the tub...ooops forgot my neck support turtle floatie....turned around and reached with my back scrubber....slipped... from left foot landed on my left butt cheek.......THUD......NO BODY MOVE!!!!... I am ok....stunned!!...but ok!! mmmm.....what impact would that do to my spine??? am anxiously await the effects.....to be continued... A bit dramatic today...perhaps the sun with a mix of vitamin D complex.... I hope I created a smile for some of you...life goes on....
