After a long day of cooking and creating an awesome menu for a tasting tonight at Cafe 225 consisting of seared ahi tuna, lobster risotto, lamb ragu with fettuccine, filet mignon with scalloped potatoes, spinach salad with grilled nectarines and roasted chicken, and my soon to be famous molten chocolate cake with fresh raspberry compote... ( yes I am bragging just a bit :P ) what do I make for my own dinner? Pot stickers and pork fried rice!!! Keep it real, keep it simple... Meow! ;)
