After a long decline in her health, Nano, my canine companion for nearly 15 years and one of the sweetest dogs Ive ever known, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge today. Candy & I took her to the vet and Nano was sweet to the very end, licking some of the tears off my face while I hugged her for the last time, as if to say, Its okay, Daddy, its time for me to go. I took some final pictures of her last night, posted here.
