After a long season of up and down play from the offense Penn St pulls off their first bowl game appearance victory after being crowned eligible early this season after what was supposed to be a 4 but turned into a 2 year ban. Hackenberg came through when it mattered the most throwing for 371yards and 4 touchdowns. And in consistent fashion this year Ficken kicked an extra point field goal in overtime to seal the victory against Boston College behind their missed attempt to win 31-30 in an exciting game! Thanks James Franklin for a stellar 1st season as Penn Sts head coach to bring the Nittany Lions to Bowl game success and a finishing record of now 7-6! Now you can say the future is definitely looking bright for Penn St beginning with next year and the awesome recruits coming in! On this day(JUST LIKE ANY) proud to be a Penn St. Alumni! You already know whats next...We Are...Pin Stripe Bowl Champions! ;) equals PENN STATE!!! :D..P.S. Hackenberg got his act together b/c I met him and told him the secret to winning so he was inspired! ;) j/k haha or am I? :P
