After a shot of E&E (which by the way Im officially in LOVE with) I was ready to get a good #workout in. I ate to my hearts content this weekend and I felt it today! Im so thankful to be back on track though, as the old me would have kept justifying eating poorly and not working out. I now have the tools to treat myself and not feel guilty, and then get back on track the very next day. This kind of change doesnt just happen overnight but it IS possible for ANYONE!
