After a week with no vehicle [that I can drive in the snow], - TopicsExpress

After a week with no vehicle [that I can drive in the snow], getting set up with oxyacetylene and learning how to use it well, getting replacement bolts from the dealer at the cost of nearly $40 per set of 3, I got the Durango put back together only to hear the other side wheel bearing crunching as the truck rocked while I tightened the wheel lugs on the side I just did. Off to the parts store Shauna took me, to get another wheel hub assembly, which only took me about 30 minutes to get the old one out and new in this time. But, I wasnt meant to drive tomorrow either. As I took the brake caliper off the 2nd side [5 minutes after the parts store closed], a brake pad fell apart. LOL. FML. On the bright side: Im good at it now, and the torch set has earned $200 of the $500 it cost.
