After a whirlwind 4 days, I am finally home. Everything hurts...my left shoulder even hurt to steer the car home from Mount Vernon. Thank you to all who came to the memorial, and to all who helped make it happen. It was one hell of a blustery day...and we even lost power temporarily. Dad really knows how to make an event memorable. We now move on to finishing up getting the house ready for sale and getting my sister into her own place. Tomorrow I have to unload the car. Tonight, however...I rest.
