After about a month and a half, Cookie has left our house. She now lets you pick her up and hold her, wags her tail and seems to enjoy being around people and also enjoyed playing with Roxie, another foster dog. Today I took Cookie to stay briefly with a new WAG foster parent, Jennifer. Cookie will be her indoor companion, hanging out in the home office during the day. Cookies already settled into her new environment. In fact, Jennifer sent me an email typed while Cookie was in her lap! So I think Cookie is ready for a new home. So fun watching this girl blossom! Thanks Jennifer for opening your home to Cookie and providing the finishing touches to a wonderful indoor pet.
