After all the commotion that has happened over my Halloween costume, Id just like to say this: there was no intention of my making a joke of DV, or saying that its funny or okay. If I dressed like a serial killer, thats not condoning serial killings, and so in the same way dressing like a DV wife is not condoning DV. Halloween is a violent holiday. People mock murder all over the place and nobody blinks an eye. Its just a costume, not a statement, and if you have a problem with it, feel free to delete me. I have no problem with that. I have no intention of offending anyone, but I will not filter my actions to please certain people. Someone will always be pissed off, and if my costume offends you, today was just your turn.
