The day I was born I was given a baby blanket at the hospital (I think by my Nana but Im not sure). I have slept with it a good 98% of my life. I brought it to college and a few of my friends have seen it but I always try to hide it here at UNH in fear people would find it childish. My entire freshman year I was worried about who would see it. Now that I am in a single I dont worry about it as much but I still find myself putting it under my pillow in the morning in case I have an unexpected guest. I think the main problem is I am male and the stigma of being young or boyish is not very appreciated in the college culture.
