After crazy Sunday...the building management sent out this email to all residents lol..I personally was driving force behind this email...give up 2400 m street management, it is an uphill battle Dear Residents, We have had a few more noise complaints coming in this week than normal. As the community welcomes new residents and we head into Labor Day Weekend, we would like to remind you about some courtesy rules and our noise policy at 2400 M Apartments: Please be mindful of your neighbors and lower your music, especially after 10pm. If you have surround sound, please make sure that the bass and sub-woofers are turned off or disconnected. Sometimes it is not the volume but the vibration from the bass that can disturb your neighbors. Security will break up any loud gatherings should you receive a noise complaint from your neighbors. If you intend on having a large gathering at night and foresee it getting noisy, our lounge room is available for reservation instead. If you have a balcony or patio, please avoid loud conversations outside after dark. At night, sound may travel throughout the courtyard and make your conversation less private for you and m! ore disru ptive for your neighbors. At last, please remember that common areas outside of your apartment (hallways, courtyard, rooftop and so on) are also part of the community, avoid loud conversations, shouting, etc. in these areas.
