After getting a phone call shortly before 3pm saying Simara has had an accident at school (INSTANT FLASH BACKS of when she broke both her arms when she fell of a jungle gym!), however, not serious she was hit on the arm with a rock. No nurse within a 5km radius can give her a single bloody stitch, and the Dr wants a R1100 before he gives her a stitch! Luckily, the wound is largely superficial! Hence after speaking to a nurse friend of ours, I have closed it up with wound strips, seal it with some superglue (old field trick), and see what it looks like in the morning. Worse case senario off to Laratong in the morning. Weeks like this wish we had a medical aid! My WORD!
