After iphoto trash deleted every single photo in my folders and albums, after talking to Apple tech support throughout the entire day and explained my issue to 7 different people - including the senior advisor, after buying a new external hard drive, after searching for the pictures, moving things here and there, wanting to cry...my 22,347 pictures have been found! They are being imported into iphoto once again, unorganized but I have them back. Praise the Lord. LESSON LEARNED: Dont take so many pictures...then there will be less to lose when technical issues occur.
