After living in Northridge during the Northridge Earthquake (a 6.7 quake in 1994) Ive always been pretty amazed at the power of earthquakes. I was 7 years old at the time. In 2003 I moved to Palmdale California and just over the hills I could see from my front door San Andreas fault. As much as I love being away sometimes, one of the biggest fears I have is not only the big one happening while Im gone but not being there to help my family if it did. When it happens its going to be catastrophic. #wherewillyoube
