After more than a month of terrible IT, illiopsoas, and knee pain, I am officially experiencing a 95% reduction in pain 18 hours after a run yesterday. I attribute this to: Juan Mejia and Holly Womack Mejia for loaning me their roll of torture, my warm up before running that included stabilization & strengthening exercises for my glutes, and hip flexors, and a new pair of the BEST running shoes ever (way over 500 miles on the old pair, whoops!).
