After much anticipation, I believe that we’re making MAJOR headway. It all started with active participation by Benny last week on FB to communicate with us and then leading us into these updates this evening. Everyone will have their opinions & views of the video. Keep in mind, from our perspective, the Magika Movie deal on Hulu is just the tip of the iceberg but is a major development that will be built upon (a tangible product delivered). Markiplier is the refreshing wildcard in this as we move forward. I will say it over & over - he invested a lot of money in REDG at a higher standing pps in preferred shares. He would not place his reputation or money at stake if this were not a major endeavor. There is more to this than we can imagine. We spent a lot of time on our questions here and some were answered and many were not. We shall piece these together as Benny committed to being more open as we move forward (understanding he cannot share everything all the time). However, we can not lose site on what was discussed tonight. By many indications, this was a STELLAR shareholder update. Here is a synopsized list of updates we need to consider and focus on moving forward. These are not necessarily in order, but outline most of it: - Multi-Billion dollar multimedia company (in final stages of deal...) - No reverse split (as it hurts the investors) at this time - Haven’t taken out any new notes (as we know since August - a major sign theyre making progress and taking off as a business) - Bandai-Namco working on more than one REDG gaming IP - first time we hear of Wayward Sons announced as the gaming IP. - Hulu will have first ad spots placed on both pay and free versions of it. This pretty much guarantees revenue streams. Hulu also has internal “recommendation” placements for movies so a win-win. - Markiplier can indeed proceed in mentioning/marketing REDG IP’s and such to his millions of followers. - Immense library of IP properties - Serialized sequential Story Ads pages - REDG Becomes Publisher - First Look Deals on their mutlimedia channels - Licensing revenue when the comic gets spawned - April is the estimated launch date for GSL. Shift to April does not hurt us that much in the advertising section (compared to Nov to December delay). Other advertisers back in for Spring Launch. - Ordering system issues at Diamond Distribution contributed to the current December delay. - We didnt loose any ads because of delay, in fact, gaining back some of the advertisers we lost in November to Dec Delay - Kris Longo brought on one additional person to the Ad/Sales Team. - Appears as though more than one animation series in the works for Hulu (dubbing voices/different languages) We have already begun our projected DD on some of this and are excited. Wanted to post it tonight, but let’s take it slow on this. I think everyone is digesting these updates and we do believe now more than ever that there’s much more to come in the near future!
