After much frustration with the portal, I gave up and just mailed in Certificates of Participation for the CPDs. Heres subsequent correspondence with LSUC: Hello Kelly, Thank you for your assistance. There really needs to be a way to access the portal in such a way that does not require resetting passwords every three minutes to something that requires letters and numbers and Egyptian hieroglyphic characters as well as a blood test, urine sample, and an entire game of Trivial Pursuit. Frustratingly, for me and the LSUC, now I need to also submit hard copy of my annual report. I also cant get my dues invoice! GRRRRRRR! But as North Korea and the NSA are apparently trying to hack the LSUC database, I can see why accessing the portal needs to be harder than my online banking where client trust money is kept. Hackers may steal client money but god forbid if hackers found out how many CPD hours Ive completed. Perhaps you could pass my thoughts along to the powers that be. I understand that many other licensees are equally frustrated with the extend of security and access difficulty with the portal.
