After my little blurb about the stress hormone coritsol, I was hoping to find the time to elaborate on the importance of keeping it in check. During this busy time, I find myself tuning into the physiological symptoms of stress, as I try to find healthy coping mechanisms to deal with time constraints and deadlines. Taking the time to decompress with yoga or massage can work wonders during times of stress or to help keep your corisol levels down. Today, this came across my radar so I thought I would share.
