After one year in Sweden I have some ideas that would improve the place. On public transport (tram, bus & train) 1- Just because youre waiting for transport doesnt mean you have to spit every 30 seconds. Its not nice to hear or see. 2- If you have a seat and you see an elderly person or pregnant women standing, stand up and offer your seat. Sitting there pretending you havent seen them is not nice. 3- Allowing others to get off the transport before you try to get on will help speed things up. 4- Try and refrain yourself from shouting on the phone or the friend next to you. Not everyone wants to hear your life story. 5- If youre walking down a busy bus, tram or train, its polite to say excuse meor ursäkta instead of barging past. In general 1- Holding the door open for someone right behind you is nice and doesnt take much effort. 2- If someone holds the door open for you, its nice to say thanks or tack Apart from that, not too bad :)
