I didnt like the result of Saturdays fight with Curtis Stevens. Madison Square Garden was packed with Gennady Golovkin fans. Maybe 80 to 20 ratio with Gennady Golovkin fans taking up 80% of the garden. I never understood this about Brooklyn and your own people. When you have money everyone knows and want to be around but the walk that leads to the money people are absent. When you look at any other demographic the people come out to support their fighters. Max Kellerman from HBO spoke to REP UR SIGN after the fight. He said that Curtis Stevens was the only one with the chance of beating GGG in his weight division. This is from probably 1 of the best analyst in the sport. GGG is a beast I will not take that away from him but Curtis Stevens in no wise should feel anyway because he still avoided by a lot of middleweights!
