After playing a nearly 4+ hour fairwell set of Guilty Gear with Acie OKelley III and then walking down memory lane for another 2 hours or so, Ive come to realize Ive hit Old-Man status when it comes to fighting games. I have so many fond memories of all the games from back in the day, as well as all the awesome people I would play them with, many of them now moving on to bigger and better things in life. But now, unless its GG, 3S, ST or some other random obscure old anime fighter, Im content with just sitting on the sidelines and enjoying peoples company. Bottom line, they dont make games as great as they used to, no matter how awesome modern games can sometimes be. Consider this a thank you for all the awesome games and memories over the years guys, and giving me something to always think back and smile about.
