After raising six kids, and a few grand children.Rick & Matthew - TopicsExpress

After raising six kids, and a few grand children.Rick & Matthew were the last of them to leave the nest. The nest was just not the same, without noise or kids, & activities. Now mind you, we still had cats, dogs, horses, goats, chickens, turkeys & lhamas. During the years, our four legged kids (dogs& cats) which always had a special place in our hearts moved on to their last journey home. Each time so many tears were shed. Each time, it felt as a piece of my heart took the journey right next to them. The house was just toooo quite. To bring a little chaos & commotion back into our home, Our little SOUTHERN BELLE Nicky joined my honey & I. Nicky was born & raised in South Carolina until her then family moved to this area. The day Nicky joined us, her pups were being sold in front of Walmart. SHE WAS NOT FOR SALE, supposedly !! As Im looking at her pups, she is doing everything in her power to get my attention. Long story short, Nicky was about to join a new family. Even though that day, the ONLY bill in my pocket was a $100,00. Nicky was NOT for sale ! Her pups were selling for like $300.00 each. The guy selling her pups couldnt get over Nickys actions, he finally called his wife & explained the whole situation, told the wife I only had a $100.00 bill. What a tearful, joyful ride home that day, with our new family member cuddling & kissing me ALL the way back to Rochester ! As the next chapter of our lifes moved on: Nicky had a very short lived marriage which produced 6 beautiful pups. This is where Pearl (my honeys VERY SPOILED BABY) came from. She was the runt & the only one with a precut tail ! So as many are already aware of, when my honey & I refer to the girls it means our four legged girls. The girls have done such a excellent job at bringing a little love able chaos into our lifes. Thus the story behind this beautiful picture. Hope ya all enjoyed it.
