After seeing a recent post about CMs closing the line for characters - I thought I would share our experience. We took our granddaughter to Disney for her 1st time when she was about 2 years old. Brother Bear, specifically Koda, was her favorite. We asked a CM in MK where to find him and she told us exactly where and when he would be the next day (at AK). Thankfully we had park hopper passes and the next day went to AK just to see Koda. As we walked into the camp, we saw the line already formed yet Koda was not out yet. As we approached the end of the line, Koda. My granddaughter screamed KODA and ran to Koda, cutting everyone who was waiting in line. She jumped in his arms for a big bear hug!!! As I ran to catch up to her, apologizing to everyone in line, not ONE person who had been in line had anything negative to say. They all were telling me that they understood and how cute her reaction was. That was 11 years ago and we have been to Disney every year since and I have to say we have NEVER had a bad experience!
