After taking a day to calm down, I would now like to let everyone know that Masons foot was never broken to begin with. So instead of being really upset with Wellington Orthopedic for telling us he fractured his growth plate & that they didnt have waterproof casts (when they actually do) and keeping him from swimming his first 2 days in Florida, Im just trying to look at it as an answered prayer. We took him to an amazing Ortho Dr here in Destin & he showed us the X-rays where Mason jammed his growth plate. He never needed a cast, just an extremely expensive boot that he can take off to swim as long as he doesnt put any pressure on it. So, we are feeling a bit upset, but overall very thankful & blessed.
