After talking with our realtor I really find an admiration of her job and all the extra work she does. To me that job is built for a strong willed and dedicated person that will stop at nothing. Our decision was either list the house with her or list it our self with her in the background helping us. I am just not comfortable showing the house myself and dont know how to negotiate.
